Lead capture

Customers… they’re the lifeblood of your business.
Are you having a hard time attracting them?

In today’s market, entrepreneurs are facing stiffer competition for a smaller pool of clients. As a result, do you find yourself working more hours for less money, facing increasingly stressful environments or feeling like your target market “just doesn’t get it?”

Here’s the problem: If you’re phones aren’t ringing, your website’s void of traffic and you’re not booking client appointments, then chances are your business is suffering from something known as… ineffective marketing. Simply put, your message is failing to connect with your target customers. As a result, they’re not buying.

Here’s the thing: The person with the best message wins… every time. It doesn’t matter if your product or service is more revolutionary than the telephone, the internet or space travel―if you aren’t delivering a simple, compelling message to your customers you can bet they’re turning to your competitor who does.

AHA taps into effective communication strategies to help you develop a persuasive visual message that educates your target customer and ultimately influences them to buy.

Isn’t it time that you get the right marketing communications in place so you can be the provider your target market flocks to? AHA’s Visual Persuasion process works like a magnet to attract the customers you desire.

THE VISUAL PERSUASION PROCESS

How do you develop a message that will spark your target market’s interest in your product or service offering?
Visual Persuasion is a three-phase process to formulate, present and deliver a message that will resonate with your desired customer and influence them to buy.

Visual Persuasion Process

MESSAGE DEVELOPMENT MASTERMIND

The truth? If you’ve already pinpointed your target market, understand what they want and how to deliver it to them, then pat yourself on the back because you’ve done more than most businesses. The hustle and bustle of urgent tasks often consumes your day. As a result, most businesses are failing to implement Marketing 101.

In a mastermind setting, you and AHA’s Visual Persuasion experts gather around a huge whiteboard to discuss your business and step-by-step dig into the fundamentals required to shape your message. They include:

Identify and assess your target market
Pinpoint their pain/problem
Present your solution in simple sound bites
Educate your audience
Incorporate neural linguistic programming
Support your solution
Develop a call to action

Your target market is identified. Their values and beliefs are discussed, as are their communication preferences.

Then it’s time to dive deep and hone in on their pain/problem. This part often requires a little bit of homework. Don’t worry. It’s simple. This is where your clients are simply asked point-bland to discuss what their #1 problem is.

Once the client reconnaissance is complete, the solution you provide to this problem is analyzed. Together, we analyze how to present your solution in a manner that engages your target market and evokes emotion.

Your message is best developed in sound bites. That’s the preferred communication style today as seen on any news, business or opinion show networks. In fact, multiple sound bites are typically more effective than a long detailed message. But, the best message also educates. A study by the Harvard Business Review found that for every $1 spent on advertising $2 in revenue is generated. But, for every $1 spent on training and education, $40 in revenue is generated. Educating your client positions you as the trusted expert.

Most important, a Call to Action must wrap up the message. What do you want the recipient of your message to do? It’s important to tell them. Don’t leave ‘em hanging.

Once the message and its sound bites are outlined in the Message Development Mastermind, then it’s onto scripting. This can be done in one of two ways. If having the message in “your voice” is important it’s a good idea for you to write the message draft and then have the AHA‘s writing staff edit the content you supply. Or, if you just can’t stomach the thought of having to write it yourself, the writing staff can draft the message for your review. In either scenario, the entire team reconvenes to review and fine-tune the message. Every little word or nuance carries big weight in your overall message.

AHA recommends incorporating Neural Linguistic Programming (NLP) into your message. This science was developed by John Grinder and Richard Bandler. In a nutshell, NLP is the relationship between the brain, language and the body―words influencing action. NLP was later refined for the sales process by Dr. Donald Moine, who is known as the Sales Psychologist. He teaches that people’s responses are predictable. Certain words incorporated into your message leads to predictable behavior. After all, you’re crafting a message designed to get your target market to take a desired action.

HIGH-IMPACT PRODUCTION

Once your message is developed, a high-impact production is required as a bridge to connect your carefully crafted message to your target market. AHA has a full-production studio so your media can be produced in-house.

Most people think and respond best to visual media. A High-Impact Production delivers a message visually―through mediums such as video, photography or graphic design―in a manner that evokes emotions and inspires action. The High-Impact Production leverages the power of:

SUBLIMINAL RESONANCE
Your message is packaged in video, photography or print collateral that leverages the power of subliminal resonance. Approximately 90% of the mind is subconscious and that is where much of your client’s decision-making process occurs. There are many things that influence the subconscious, and they are carefully incorporated into your production.

VISUAL PERSUASION TACTICS
The little details contribute to Visual Persuasion. Lighting, wardrobe, graphics, text, colors and more. For example, did you know colors have meaning? Blue exemplifies trust and honesty. Orange signifies energy. The colors you incorporate into your High-Impact Production matter. AHA helps you pick the right colors to convey the right meaning.

HOLLYWOOD LIGHTING
When it comes to video and pictures, lighting manipulates the mood portrayed in any image. AHA's staff has been trained by a 30-year veteran of the Hollywood movie lighting industry. He even participates in select projects.

CINEMATIC MOTION
Motion matters. It creates visual interest that engages your audience. It conveys emotion, creates ambiance and delivers subtle messages. More importantly, it aligns with the interesting, high-tech viewing style most people crave. Where appropriate, cinematic motion is incorporated into your High-Impact Production.

PROFESSIONAL AUDIO
Applicable to video and recordings, audio must be crisp and clear to deliver a persuasive message. Any hissing or echoes will only distract from your message.

GRAPHICS
Incorporating graphic illustrations helps to further engrain messages into the subconscious. The more senses you involve in visual persuasion, the greater and longer-lasting impact your message will have on the viewer.

While all High-Impact Productions are geared to compel your audience, video has become one of the most powerful communications mediums because it engages the most senses. In fact, 44% of survey respondents said they had taken action as a result of video according to the Online Publishers Association.

DELIVER AND TRACK RESULTS

Once your message is complete and in a deliverable format, you can select from a wide array of distribution channels to get in front of your target audience. The best message in the world won’t get results if your target market doesn’t see it. AHA helps you determine the best channels to deliver your message to your target market. They can include:

Emails
Websites
Social Media
Advertising
Mobile Devices (pads, phones, etc.)
Printed Marketing Collateral
Television Commercials
Trade Shows
Videoconferences
Webinars
Direct Mail
DVDs
MP3s
Public Speaking

The more channels you use, the higher the odds that you reach more of your target market.

Results should be tracked to ensure that your message is working like a magnet to attract the right customers. It’s important to understand how effective your message is. The Visual Persuasion process goes through the right steps to shape a strong message, but ultimately the market decides how well your message works. The best measure is always Return on Investment (ROI). It’s critical to assess the market’s response and then, based on the results, make any necessary adjustments to your message.
